Suman started her career with a financial services organization, supporting all aspects of HR. At InspireOne Suman was part of the team that established TMI’s operations in India, 1999. Subsequently for over 15 years now she has worked extensively in the area of people and leadership development comprising design and delivery of development workshops and 1:1 executive coaching of leaders. She has worked on organization transformation and strategic interventions related to productivity and service culture. She has worked with leaders across FMCG, Financial Services and Consulting among other industries. ​

Suman is a management graduate from the Fore School of Management with Specialization in Human Resources. ​
