Our client is one of the world’s largest independent telecom infrastructure company with a portfolio of over 38,500 towers across all 22 telecom circles in the country.

To support the growth plans of the organization, the company recognized the significance of developing business leaders and people managers in creating a “High Performance Culture”. To accomplish the above objective, the company deployed a ‘Signature Leadership Development Program’ for development of its business & functional leaders.

Our Approach

A holistic, nine month long leadership intervention called “Transformational Leadership” was created. This journey was divided into the following four phases:

  • Graduation
