With graduation and post-graduation in Psychology from one of the most prestigious colleges in India, Arzoo comes with over 4 years of rich cross-functional experience. She joined InspireOne in 2018 to manage the entire gamut of HR closely with the Managing Director. After successfully performing the role for 3 years, she transitioned into Sales Consulting with an intent of solving complex business problems through sustainable and efficient Talent Development solutions.

Arzoo’s dynamic and malleable style of work has always helped her adapt to the changing market scenarios and deliver innovative talent strategies. The overarching idea for her has always been to create an impact and connect with the minds and hearts of people.

She is currently working in the capacity of Associate Consultant- Senior Client Partner responsible for successful enterprise sales execution resulting in increased revenue and profitability. Managing both customer retention and new business sales efforts, her work has resulted in rapid expansion and significant acquisition.
