“Yokohama off Highway tires launches a global development initiative for its managers in collaboration with InspireOne – a leading Organization Development firm”
Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (OHT), a part of Yokohama Rubber Co., has launched a global learning and development initiative, “LEAD” (Leading Teams Effectively), for their people managers across India and America. Rajeev Singh, CHRO, who is driving this initiative said, “LEAD is a global flagship program to support the development of early to middle-level managers. This initiative supplements other organization-wide programs for building a ‘development culture’ in the organization. The first batch of the program has a diverse set of participants from across locations to ensure peer learning and sharing of cross-cultural experiences among the participants. We are happy to collaborate with InspireOne – a leading Organization Development firm with over two decades of experience and powered by IBM, TACK, and TMI, for this initiative.”
“LEAD” (Leading Teams Effectively) intervention is a twelve-week journey, and it entails Competency-based pre-assessment, 3 Learning Modules delivered in 6 two hours Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions, Mobile based gamified Learning on Master O, Closure Sessions, and Post assessment.
Craig Gould, Partner at InspireOne and the Western Region Head, said, “This program is one of our most innovative learning initiatives which is being delivered completely in an engaging virtual format. It’s an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced global organization like “Yokohama off Highway tires”.
