Keeping in mind their vision for 2023, our client was very clear about the change in strategy and how they wanted to enhance the skills and mindset of their Junior and Senior Management by providing them the right direction towards Digital Transformation. The organization understood and invested to make sure that there needs to be intervention and training to change the mindset and providing the skills that could help them adopt to constant, and rapid changes within the industry. This is only the beginning to embarking on a more fruitful and promising journey to provide advanced digital solutions.

Our Approach

  • A detailed diagnostic with key stakeholders interviews helped InspireOne to create and deliver the content that was relevant and met the needs of the program
  • We created and delivered 2 half-day sessions that incorporated topics like digitization vs digitalization, technology vs mindset, digital diamond and digital trends 2022/23, Digital skill vs Digital will, Digital minded leadership, BANI & VUCAD environment and case studies
  • The participants were provided with custom made workbooks that incorporated content and case studies that included insights and reference materials

Outcomes

  • 280 participants within the Junior Management cohorts and 60 participants within the Senior Management cohorts were trained
  • There was sharing of experiences and how some technologies were impacting the success of certain ports and their logistic solutions
  • Way-forward to a more progressive Digital approach and commitment to lead the way to bring about digital transformation within their port industry
