She began her career in the hospitality and e-commerce sectors, where she played a key role in business-to-business outreach, targeting high-value accounts and driving revenue growth. In her previous role at MakeMyTrip, she was instrumental in launching a new vertical called “Experiences,” offering everyday services to customers. There, she honed her skills in strategy development, market expansion, and brand promotion for business excellence.
As the Branch Sales Manager at InspireOne, Krushika works closely with clients to understand their leadership and organizational culture initiatives, aligning them with InspireOne’s research and expertise. In her unique role, she combines a consultant’s problem-solving mindset, a business analyst’s critical thinking, and a business developer’s results-driven approach. She views every challenge through a consulting lens, co-creating tailored solutions to address client needs. Krushika continuously explores opportunities to uncover the evolving business requirements of both new and existing clients, ensuring that InspireOne’s offerings drive business growth and deliver maximum value.
